Will a 2002 Dodge Ram 1500 reg cab fit on my 2003 dodge ram?

I would think so, it should be the same body style...as long as its the 2002.5 with the body style change to 2nd gen is the same as the 03

As long as it is a 1500 and your 2003 is a regular cab, then yes. Only issue you might have is matching up wiring.
