Default front bumper gap

I replaced my oem chrome bumper with an oem black front bumper and the gap at the top isnt right. Its the same on both sides but the top of the bumper isnt up high enough - there is to much of a gap showing and i loosened the 4 bolts holding the bumper on and i pushed it up as high as it would go but the gap is still to big and its driving me crazy! All the brackets on the bumper are in the right place and tight and i dont see anyway of raising them to make the bumper go any higher. Has anyone had this problem when they replaced or took theirs off??

Did you go from a normal bumper to a Sport bumper? I think you may have to use a sport grill if you did that.

FAIL

I think there is a way you can adjust it. I am pretty sure. If not, heat up the brackets and try and stretch them... Just a thought.

Can you drill new, higher holes in the brackets to raise it up to where you need it?

3rds have a gap, 4th do not.

Is it any worse than the SRT or my old 05? I like the 09 gaps
