Default Bigger Tire time

Hey guys, I'm about to do some work to my truck and that will possibly be involving bigger tires, Well I know it will. Quick question, found a guy on CL with 4 Toyo Open Country M/T's for sale, 2 tires are good, and said 2 are not. They are the 33x12.50x20 and he just wants 50 bucks. Would it be worth it to just buy these and maybe run them on the truck for a bit to see how they fit on there? They would be on stock 20's, thats until I upgrade wheels and getting Mudd Grapplers in the future.

I'm just not sure yet, any opinions?

yeah, thats what i was thinking... a 12.5'' wide tire might be a little wide for a stock wheel...
