Does it just go over the factory bumper and stuff? Is that how the sport bumpers go on? Its just a cover?

Yep LXman has it right there.. Ive never seen one that cheap though, Id grab the ebay 1 and then order the bumper that the cover mounts to from lmc, I just ordered my cover through lmc and im pissed it costs so much more!! Im not sure about the mounting brackets if they are the same or not..
