Lets see where you put your CB's!
I was wondering the same thing about mounting a cb in my truck, you dont see them around as much anymore, but up here on the logging roads there is no cell access so if you wanna talk to your buddy driving way back behind you you have to stop and get out.. thats why Im putting my cb in my truck.. Im going to build a mount like this.. There is no way im paying 60$ for a piece of painted sheet metal!!

i mounted mine underneath the cup holder. when its down its still easy to use and out of the way, then when the cupholder is up it looks like any other mount to the dash very easy to use and not in the way of anything.

thats what I thought too.
ive got 3 radios. none of which are mounted in the ram. i used all 3 when i was OTR. one is a really only TRAM radio i got from my grandfather, and i have an old uniden and ive got a black chrome cobra 29 with alot of work done to it. if i could find a good way to mount the antenna(s) i would hook it up.
Mine's on the floor on the hump next to the 4X4 shifter. And I use mine when I have no cell service...which is often in the mountains of Idaho. And still a great alert for crashes, cops, and the such while on the interstate. And pure entertainment listening to the truckers
