My 03 has heated mirrors but no rear defrost. It is available on the Rams cause all the SRT-10 Rams with fixed rear windows have rear defrost.

Yours is the first I've ever heard of that had it from the factory.

It was an option on the build your own 08 ram website when I was looking at trucks.
Not a real popular option because the window is straight up and down and won't get much frost on it. It is handy on the mirrors, though. I have used it several times.

did anyone find out where the wires come out? i have a rear defrost but its not hooked up, diagrams?

because of the back rack snow gets stuck and it takes a lot of time to defrost with just the heat

That's 'cause you live in south GA. Up north in the winter it comes in handy.

Same here. It even says on my build sheet, plus, when I hit the button, the snow/ice starts to melt, so I know I have rear defrost!
