Thanks. I figure by the time I run that engine into the ground, I'll have a 6.1 based stroker and a Sharadon trans to go in it's place.

Have you had any major issues in the first 100k?

 

Brakes were the very first thing. I bought it with 28,000 on it almost 4 years ago exactly. Power slots/Hawks fixed that. After that it was basic maintenance and mods. It was almost 90,000 before I got my first CEL (O2 sensor). A few days ago the alternator bearing started singing, so that's next on the list.

Long term: complete SRT10 suspension to handle the stroker that's gonna go in
