turn signal switch

hi i need a new turn signal/ wiper switch (lever), went out in the truck on sunday and the intermittant wiper control stopped working it only lets the wiper stay on or off, ant ideas where i can get one and get it sent over to the uk

It is probably called a multi-function switch. I does many things such as signals, wipers and bright lights.
