Default just got subs installed

alright, i just got two 10's installed in my quad cab. i used one of those boxes that fits in the little holes under the rear seat. anyways, i pick up my truck and on the way home, i just feel like it isnt loud enough. so when i get to the house, i notice one sub is pounding pretty good, and one of them is barely moving at all. what are the simple things to check for this? if it matters, they are fosgate subs and a fosgate amp. thanks.

Pick the truck up from getting them installed at a shop? Take it back ****, if your not gonna do it yourself and pay good money for someone to install them right then why start screwing with it now??

i had to leave in early due to prior arrangements, and i dont really have the opportunity to take it back for a couple of days. they are just the fosgate prime series 10's and the fosgate prime 500-1 amp. i will try changing the polarity. thanks.
