Default Hard Shifting

Hello Guys,

Newbie here so don't be offended if you get some dumb questions...lol I have a 2003 dodge 3500 with the nv4500 5 speed in it...Had bearings go south in the tranny so while getting it rebuilt i installed a new clutch kit...pilot included. My problem is its like its not disengaging all the way...hard to get in gear. was wondering where the problem could be...anyone had problems with the slave cyl after changing a clutch?? no problems before the bearings went out so was wondering if its possible to get air in the system when the slave rod fully extends while sitting there waiting for me to change the clutch??? I'M at a loss and need some help here.

Thanks,
George

Probably need to bleed the clutch system. Trapped air will prevent full clutch disengagement.
