03 hemi with rough idling problem

ive got a p0132 code..i replace the upstream 02 sensor with a oem denso..still idles really rough

nope..i dont have a volt meter..maybe autozone rents them out...if there is not a short then what else would it be?

just run a 10 AWG or larger piece of wire from one of the four front-facing bolts holding the throttle body on to chassis ground or the neg battery terminal, take you five minutes, cost you nothing or next to nothing and it may just fix your problem. At the very least if it doesn't fix the issue because it's being caused by something else it should steady it some and will make your throttle response quicker.
It's one of those "can't hurt" tries.

If it does fix it though, you owe me a six pack, LOL...

well here it is..it worked..the truck idles perfect now.so there must be a short in the 02 wires..but since i did it and reset the battery i have still the p0123 and now a p0113
