aside from keeping your foot out of it, correct tire pressure, smaller tires, lower truck, less weight, open air intake, 100% fuel and not ethanol blended, synthetic oils, efans and trading it for something smaller, IDK what else. There are several threads on this and they all say the same and end the same.

RubberFrog... you wanna hook up one of those relay things in my truck for me? I just have mine wired through a relay, so as soon as the truck gets power, the fan is on, constantly...

It's kind of annoying... honestly. But it keeps the motor cool.
