running michellin ltx m/s this is my second set and by far this is the best wearing and gripping tire i have ever used for all year round. i dont have anything in the box of my truck now and run in 2 wheel drive unless im motoring around town but going down the highway i just keep in in 2 and cruise at around 60mph on the snow and ice....by the way we just got a HUGE dump of snow up here still snowing and got around a foot so far....FUN

I'm running the Wrangler Silent Armours and I love em. Haven't put any weight in the back yet and I rarely have any issues, even in 2wd. The only time I really need 4wd is at intersections where people spin their tires until the snow is nicely polished to ice.

i'll re-phrase, "not even new tires will plant tires on a wet road if u really step on the pedal if your rolling around with an empty bed". because i know my rwd slides if i step on it, and so does my fathers 4x4. and they're both loaded with weight.

but really, my fathers bighorn 4x4, bone stock, handled amazing in the snow all weekend.

We have as much as 3 feet in some places here and with my terra grapplers I rarely put her in 4wd. I never drive with weight in the box cause in an accident you just found a new projectile
