There are tons of ways to do this, it is just a matter of doing so that the rules are set as soon as the thread starts and are kept the same throughout the poll. This thread turned into a clusterf--k as soon as the rules started changing and no one knew what was going on.

 

I can start a new thread, I just need to know the regular TOTM rules, then I can add the small stuff like # of posts and join by date.
