Collision Repair gone bad. Expert body shop advice needed
#32
Again thanks to everyone who helped me out on here. I think I can safely say I have everything taken care of and up to my satisfaction. Now hopefully my ins. premium won't increase. It's my first accident claim ever, and I've been on the good driver list for many years.
My tips to anyone is be as prepared as you can for this sort of thing. You may want to do some research and find a body shop that will do the type of work and provide the customer support you have a right to. Accidents are already bad enough to deal with without having to stress over picking a quality shop without really knowing any. Fight for OEM parts to being with, aftermarket for the dodge in my case was unsatisfactory.
I hope none of you have to deal with this sort of nightmare.
