Ya I hate the trash thing too. Not to mention the fact if it blew out and a cop seen it, guess who gets a ticket.
I know how it feels on the door dents. I have about a 2in long dent in my passenger door from some a-hole ramming it with a cart. They had to hit it hard for the dent in mine, not a simple bump.

 

what a bunch of crap. back in the day i had a rice burner yea yea i know i was young but anyway once at the walmart boom coffee all over my cf hood. at my job one night some freak pissed all over my hood, you know between the government and these freaks no one can have a damn thing nice its a shame

 

I completely understand you. I am the same way and always park way far.
I actually would have thrown the ski's if I had the chance---but then again I have hidden anger issues when people step in my breathing space they sometimes get a taste of it.

 

that defiantly one of those things that would get to me for not making a bigger deal. Even if its just someone leaning something against it, it may not have done anything to the truck but its the fact that they didnt care to respect that it was your truck. Plus, if those ski's would have fell over and scratched your truck, then what would they have done? They prolly woulda drove off...

I was walkin behind 2 asian dudes about my age who were pushing a cart through the areas between the parking spaces, not the lane. he came within inches of hitting my truck so naturally i just said: reallly? he turned around and i pointed to my truck and hit the unlock button so they turned and looked at the lights flashing... They kept walking but i would have loved to grab the one pushin the cart by the back of his sweatshirt and just find out how brave he was or atleast get a response out of him

 

last year was my last year of high school, and 2 days before graduation loser guy come up to me and some friends in the school parking lot telling me how his pos early 90's model ford f150 was better than my truck and how i didnt deserve it and he could blow me off the road...we argued about it and we made a feew jokes at him and he kicked my rear driver door and made a huge dent...needless to say that didnt go over very well...however then i got suspended the last 2 of school for "hitting him" and he didnt have to fix my truck...a few days later we went and covered his truck in lube and drilled out his gas tank...he knew it was us but no proof

 

i know how you feel man... i am the same way... i park as far away as possible, and if its windy i will round up all of the carts that are floating around up wind just so they dont have the chance to blow into my truck. and i always try to park next to a curb, that way i can only get dinged on one side.
people really **** me off... they are the one "uncontrolable" factor... i can wash and wax it every day, but i have no control over someone ramming it with their door.
I dont know what i woulda done to that m'fer... depending on my mood, and who was with me... i probably would have started bitching him out... im sure he woulda said something like "whats the big deal, your trucks fine, no scratches.." then i woulda taken my skiis and slammed them down on his hood and "huh, youre right, no scratches." then i woulda burned outta there spraying snow and hopefully gravel all over his suv.
then i would pull my gun out from under the seat, turn around, and do a drive-by on that SOB.

I would certainly have kicked the dudes ski's over and then if he'd bitched, kicked him in the nuts lol.

A little off topic but, I and the wife got verbally abused by a group of weirdo beardo's in a car park out in the county once.
I pulled into a car park here in the UK and they were getting out of an old Furd diesel mini van. Furd Transit. They were the walking/hiking environmentalists types. They imediately started the "tut tut tutting" and barbed comments about "global warming" and "gas guzzler" etc etc etc. They were quite intimidating with it, and when I turned to let the wife & kid out, I saw she was quite tearful.
Well.........I WASN'T having that!
I politely responded by saying, that they had just stepped out of a half empty vehicle and that mine was full, and I could run 20 of my trucks compared to their one and still be cleaner than their dirty smog polution causing diesel, as I run LPG which btw is a waste product of their polluting car, which I am recycling at my own expense on their behalf.
They were somewhat dumfounded........but not at my polite retort.............rather the NOW F***OFF !!!!!!!!! comment, that I'd placed on the end of it .
So, to the original poster and his dissapointment about not having responded to this incident, I totally emphasise with him as I felt total satisfaction when I did.

Things like that just **** me off. Especially when I tried to park in the back of the lot, just come out to find empty lot with a car on either side of me. A while back I had just gotten a brand new (20 miles on it) Chevy venture Van. I had parked all the way in the back of a nearly empty lot at the store and came out to find a Blue car parked so close to my drivers side that I had to get in the passenger side door. To top it off found a big Blue dent on my driverside door. I didn't leave a note, Instead I took an pick to his windshield and left a Nice Round hole smack in the middle of his/her windshield.

About 2 years ago I got handicap plates. Now I have found the best damn parking is not in the back, But those van handicap spots smack in the front of the stores. In 2 years I have had 1 issue. Came out to find some lady parked next to my truck right over the striped no-parking lines. I got lucky that day, there was a cop walking out of the store just as I was getting in my truck. I went up to the guy and complained about the illegaly parked car. He started writing the ticket and as I was driving off, Turned my head to see the lady yelling at the cop.

As for the trash issue, Yeah that ticks me off so bad. However since I got cover and a tailgate lock it hasn't happened again.

Most times when I am going somewhere I am worried about or unfamilliar with I drive my POS metro. Don't give a damn about the body on that thing. Hell offer me 10 bucks I might let you have a wack at the hood with the sledge, lol.

 

Man you dont wanna talk about anger issues. My wife just chewed my azz the other day because I jumped all over this guy about him pulling up next door and laying down on the horn. I asked him nicely to not do that because my wife was asleep and to get out and knock on the door or use his cell. But when he got an attitude with me about it I went ballistic. It almost ended with the cops getting called out.

I know the feeling man. Some people just dont think and do stupid stuff and I dont tolerate ignorance very well.
