It was for me, I needed 4wd lo,(stump pulling) and the flashing light was a tell tale sign , It stayed in 2wd hi........dealer replaced the tipm AND the actuator for 800 bucks.....should a been double that, but they misdiagnosed the issue....Saying the actuator threw off the tipm..........I originally was told the tipm was the culprit.........but it was the actuator all along.

Default Transmission 2006

Where is the shift or transmission actuator? 4x4 **** not lighting up stuck in neutral..I tried the whole push N button in but didn't work..when started it grinds when put back into park will not move in any gear? But I hear it trying to do something and fluid spraying out of my transmission blow tube?

Thanks in advance please need back on road asap for work already missed two days

10 year old thread. No information on what you are driving.... Start your OWN thread, tell us what you are driving, and exactly what the problem is, and what, if anything, you have done to find or fix it. Otherwise, we simply can't help you.
