Default remote start wiring questin

i was reading another post on here and it was talking a but some kinda plug and play attatchment which made a quote "1 hour, 2 beer install"...
im not ne for wiring but my gf's da was gonna do it and then i saw this and thought it might make the install alot easier...is this for real, have u guys any imput?

cause right now i have prob 75 wires that will have to be wired to the truck and this is gonna take a while....
and its a viper 5101

yea my gf got it for me for christmas and gave it to me early, we just havent got around to doing it cause i mainly work weekends and he dad workks during the week so there not a whole lot of time to do it so i was hopinng this was for real so it would speed up the install...

Yopu won't need nearly all the wires provided. Use this LINK for wiring and other related install questions. You'll need a bypass for the starter to work.

Agreed, you wont use all of them. I did my own RS with my Clifford 50.7x and although it was a mess, I got it done.

now im sorry and this is prob a dumb question but i thought the bypass was for keyswith a chip???
any of yall wanna make a few bucks???lol

OMG weed..WTF is that?

When I do an eleectrical install, I group all the wires that will not be needed and ziptie them together. Then I group and ziptie all the wires I will be using to a shorter useable length so to keep them neat and together. THEN you start connecting the wires. If you connect the wires before you make the wires pretty, it will be too late and the wires will be all intertangled with each other....just like you've got.
Hopefully your headlights aren't looking anything like that during their intermission???...lol
