I did a 2" level and didn't need longer shocks,I understand you need them with a 2.5". I paid $79 for my spacers and put them in myself,I don't think $190 is too unreasonable, if alignment is included it's a great price, I know I wouldn't do it for much less if I had a shop.

for some reason people dont seam to understand, That an 06-08 ram 4x4 requirs JUST a spacer that go's between the strut and strut mount. A 2wd requirs a coil spacer AND shock estentions. As for mine, i built it myself took me 3 hours and like 30 of material. Had the stealer ship install it caus i could not get anything apart but have not had a problem with it.

( geese when u get a 6" lift it comes with somthing like a 4 inch spacer and tho's kits dont need a new shock....lol Considering our 4x4's dont have shocks up front)

The OP's truck is a 4wd isn't it? Did I miss something?
