Default Is this a good deal on an '06?

Hey all, new to the forum and am currenntly looking for a used(new to me) Ram. I stopped by a local dealer and worked out what I think is a good deal but want to make sure what others think.
2006 Ram quad cab 2wd, 5.7 hemi w/sport package. The truck is basically loaded and has 37,000. The price I got them to was 16,495 with free oil changes for 4yrs/48k (max of 12) and the truck is dealer certified, which extends the warr. They would not budge any further on price.
The truck is clean and rides great
I would love any/all opinions.
Thanks.

This is the first one I found in my area. They ask realy high prices for their dodge around here, and always end up coming off the price like crazy. This one is going to run you a little higher because its silver, pretty much the best color ever... Anyways,. they are asking what you got your dealer down to... less miles also. This one is certified as well.

Thanks for the quick reply. The link does not work for me for some reason. I have done multiple searches at all the major sites and can't seem to find one that has all the options this truck has for less. Having said that I still want to make sure that the price I pay is a fair one. All trucks seem to run high here also (NC), and the truck is loaded with everything.

I must be going into information overload. When I put the truck in edmunds to see the TMV of the truck they say the truck shoud sell from a dealer fro about 20K. The dealer had a retail value of 19800 on the truck and have reduced the price. They say they are making 500 on the deal. The dealer has a very good rep and I even told them that I had a truck being transfered to Carmax for me that was newer, less miles and around 1500 less. (this was a lie of course). They never put any pressure on me and said good luck in my search and that they hoped to see me back.

They had told me they had the truck for 3 weeks now. They just lowered the price to the price they gave me.
