Default Gibson Dual Sports - Anyone?

I promise this is my last exhaust thread of the week (LOL). I think I've decided (famous last words) on getting the Gibson dual sport cat-back kit. That's the one that has dual pipes that both exit behind the tire on the passenger side. But I can't find a single sound clip (that works) of it running on a RAM here, youtube, or on the web. Found a clip of an 03 Chevy but Gibson puts out a chart that makes it clear that the sound is very different from one make to the next with Dodge's being louder in every category. Anyway, just wondering if anyone might be able to link me to a sound or vid clip that I'm not finding. I did do a search and searched the 3rd Gen FAQ forum specifically. Found a couple of posts where people installed that kit but no sound clips or links.

Nice choice! I have the same system, sounds mean. Are you planning on getting the stainless option, because mine (aliminized) just fell off behind the muffler! I wont be making the non stainless mistake again. Your gonna love the sound of these pipes!

Yeh I'm probably gonna go with Stainless. How long did your aluminized last and do you think road salt or anything contributed or are they just that crappy?

I bought the truck with it on already (so I couldnt do anything with the warranty). I ran it for right around a year and a half before it fell off, dont know how long it was on before that. I would blame it on the salt, the sytem itself is pretty darn nice. I do a lot of running around where there is a crazy amount of salt on the roads.

I didnt want to make you question the system or anything, its flat out awesome, and i'm gonna miss it when I install my new one.

JCWhitney stuff. The ones I have heard are too raspy for me. But, that's just my personal opinion.

I take it this is supposed to carry some sort of negative conotation? I got mine at a better price than JCW or StylinTrucks or even ebay, with free shipping.

Long story short, the second exhaust system I ordered this week will be on the fedex truck at my house tomorrow. I am planning to install on monday and am planning to do a DIY with photos of the install (if anyone cares). This will also be my first ever youtube upload (not the install but the sound outside at startup and idle and inside the cab while driving). I'm computer savvy as I work with them everyday for a living but I've never really gotten into the youtube craze. Should be interesting.

I picked up some PB blaster the other day. Should I start spraying the old parts now and do it several times or is that overkill and I just need to do it a little while before I start trying to take things apart?

Spray everything the night before you do the swap.
