Default 2007 - Code C543

Does anybody know what this is? I have to go on a trip tomorrow, and of course the check engine light came on. I did the "Push in trip meter and turn the key" trick. C543 came up, then S44, then 338.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

I would really suggest getting a scanner or tuner and getting the codes. There are only three C codes in my Alldata for an 07
