Not sure about a loudness law, but I know there is one about cutouts. You should get them man, they are pretty sweet and the install is not too bad.

They are Pacesetter headers, magnaflow high flow cats and pacesetter piping after the cats. The one header on the passenger side did not fit, not sure if my truck is different or the header was wrong or what, but I had to cut it up a little to get it to fit.

good deal i love the sound of headers....dunno if its a wise thing for me to do when i can because of the rarity for the 4.7 stuff.... i really wanna do some nice high flow cats and a new y-pipe that way id free up some flow.....

The stock y really is a piece of junk. When I got a good look at it off of the truck I was embarassed for whoever designed that thing.

They barely have any engine mods for the 2008 4.7L. I guess no one really got into modding the new 4.7L. It sucks. Congrats though, still waiting for the vids. Got to watch the Cowboys game at 12:00pm. So post em already!
