aftermarket headlight installation

Default aftermarket headlight installation

well i just joined the forum and i need some help. i have a 2006 dodge 1500 and i recently bought headlights. i bought the ccfl halo projectors and they look real good, but i cant get the LED's on the bottom of the headlights to work. i have the LED rings working right but the 4 LED'S on the bottom wont come on. anyone have an idea what im doing wrong?

how do you have them wired bud? if you could draw something up in paint or take a picture that would help a lot. there has to be a wiring issue if all 4 arent working. simple as that.

as far as i know, its not plug and play, you have to splice the LEDs and HALOs into your running lights...
i know for a fact thats how it works for 02-05, but i havent messed with the 06-09's aside from simply installing my HIDs

thanks EJM. i was pretty sure on that, but not positive if the changed something over on the newer models, like i said ive dealt with the OEM headlights, but not the halo ones to know for sure...i dont like to give out info with out KNOWING

yea they are plug and play. the lights i got were messed up so the leds dnt work. they still look good tho
