As far as the CV joints I have no idea. I dont have them.
I posted pictures of the angles (which if you read is what i asked about) and I couldn't get a shot of the whole truck in my garage and its pouring down raining outside.

tire size is 275/60-20 and i measured them to be right at 32"

Now I also did height from the top of the tire to the fender and got:
Rear Driver: 9-1/4"
Front Driver: 9"
Rear Passenger: 9-1/4"
Front Passenger: 9"

Ok your truck sits higher than mine did on factory tires. I was just over 38" and 8" between tire and fender. Which makes me wonder if there are blocks in the rear or helper springs or something. Try lowering the front about a inch and then take a look at your cv angles. Maybe the guy before you lifted the back to the point you have to max out your tortion bars. If it does not make a difference or you dont like the look you can always put it back, but I don't think it is in your best interest to leave it there.

Just for a point of reference my bolts on the keys have about 1/4" of threads still out, barely fit the tip of my finger between the frame and the head of the bolt

That is very possible.. I just got the truck in July and everyone says that it sits pretty high for a half ton (when i had it leveled before and broke the axle) I will lower it back down a bit tomorrow evening I guess I can't do it tonight. Now to get my truck "level" my drivers side bolt is just about all the way cranked and my passenger I can fit about the tip of my finger inbetween the cross-member and the bolt. Now another thing is when I had it level before when I changed the axle my shock was over-stretched & I had to use a jack on the lift to get the control arm up enough to get the shock back in.. Is it possibly lifted in the rear?

very possible. I agree yours does look like it sits higher than man did with 275x60x20.
look at the body lines on yours compared to mine with just cranked t-bars.

What do u mean by body lines? Come to think of it.. Mine may be lifted in the back.. I see trucks like mine rollin around with leveling kits on them (or cranked t-bars idk which one) and mine just doesn't look like theirs.. Idk what could be different.. They have stock rims, I have stock rims, Tires look to be the same size between the trucks I see..

just compare the space between the tire and fender in the back of different trucks or get under yours and look at it. or take a picture and put it up here
