when towing you should always put the most weight in front i think its like 60% front 40% back. That will keep the trailer down and it wont try pull the rear of the truck up off the ground

i say bags. helper springs work as well, but my problem with those is that when you arent loaded, your ride will be considerably stiffer. airbags only work when you need them to.
