yea i was reading in some other forums that some people cut off their resonator to get abit of a rumble on the hemi's so i said why not.

i got mine removed and it does give it MORE of a rumble. and i notice when i accelerate it accelerates more smoothly.

 

and thus the modifying goes on. soon your gunna swap engines for a CTD and have dual 7 inch stacks comeing out of the bed

what did you have to do to remove it, and did you just put a piece of pipe in its place. same size or bigger, just looking for a little info. i was thinking about doing the same thing. thanks

 

they just removed the resonator stuck a 3" section to fill the gap, and viola

 

Duals sound better.

 

remove the muffler...leave resonator

 

for the 10 bucks i paid to remove the resonator. id go with resonator atm...
