Make a stainless steel *****.

I like the guard, but remake it out of stainless so it matches. Aluminum needs to much maintenance to stay looking good. Especially on the front.

If you do go into this, you know you'll have a lot of work right here on the forum. I could spend money tomorrow on stuff.

Yeah 'Froggy, I thought about stainless too. As stated, this piece was basically made out for "scrap" and was my initial try at using the machine.

I'm gonna head up again if I can con them into letting me in to "get a feel" for the equipment in there. Gonna try some grill inserts and an insert of the scoop for sure. I will look locally for a piece of either diamondplate or stainless as well and grab it if it's not too much $.

I dunno if I can take this place over or not, I'm afraid my pockets aren't deep enough unless I can do about $5000 a month in stuff from day one.

I know a few people in the area I may see if they want to go in on this with me. If I can find a little backing, I'd like to get the place, install the lift, buy the pipe bender and a few other things.

Really want to try my hand at bumbers since there is a TIG there.

Keep your fingers crossed for me, I'm gonna try to see if it's feasable...

How intragate of a design can that thing do?

If I were to send you a CAD or Solidworks drawing with measurements (of course with a bit of $$$ as well for your time and materials) and all could you program the machine to make it?

It can probably do a lot more than I can make it do. I know it can punch pretty much anything into it that you can program in it either by the console or a plugged in 'puter.

It doesn't bend, the way I had to make the bends in the winch cover was with a break, so don't expect any angles, but send me what you want, if I can do it, I'll let you know how much $$.

And I would imagine anybody wants anything, email me or PM me, technically I can't sell anything on here without being a paid advertiser. Would really look nice an admin breaking the rules, I'd bet the advertisers who are paying out the a$$ would love that...

I was just curious is all, I want a specific design for a grille but dont have the tools to make it, as for bends I dont think it would much if any at all. I'll try to get something up and to you later on if you go through with buying everything.
