The Benz is Marko's daily driver. That's pump gas, and it's run every day exactly like that except without the drag radials. The traction control will dial back the power just enough to keep the car pointed straight. That can be hard to do when you're putting down 920 torque to the wheels. That's one bolt-on upgrade and a tune -- absolutely nothing else. The stock drivetrain holds it all well. Those cars don't even come with a LSD! The stock torque is 740 at the crank, already half again more than a Viper and 100 over a diesel truck. To hit 920 to the wheels with basic mods is incredible.

You've gotta compare apples to apples though; Marko's Supra (now sold) is still a full second and 20 mph faster than the Charger. It dynoed at well over 1400 whp. The kicker is you would find it on the street a good bit.

You can tell he's a man who like's speed!

Glad to see SpeedFactory is in my neighborhood. Eventually I plan to get a 300C SRT8 and it won't stay anything near stock. I haven't had a chance to race at the south GA dragstrip either; I may take the Subaru this summer. It should click off mid 11s on pump gas and a little more on E85.
