No flicker problems with the fogs, so no relay needed. The fogs won't come up on the dash as a "lamp out" either.

As far as the mounting goes, that was the best spot I could have put the ballasts, too risky for anywhere else. Those suckers won't be getting loose or anything like that.

did your fogs actually twist in like the stock bulbs? my last HID set didnt twist in so i ended up siliconing them in, one heated up, melted the silicone and melted the housing and the bulb broke.

so im looking for a legit, twist in HID
