Default I think my Leveling Kit is WRONG!!!!

Someone please help... I ordered a 2 inch leveling kit from tuff country. I have a 2006 dodge ram quad 4x4. I assumed that they would be 2 inches thick, but i measured them and they are exactly 1 inch thick... could they have sent me the wrong Kit?

I didn't lift with a spacer, but I'm pretty sure the spacer should be 2" tall!! If you got a receipt or packing list with it, double check the part number it should've been on the packing slip to the part and the box/packaging it came in. You could even double check the part number on the package to the website part number you ordered. Other than that, call 'em. They may send you the right part and tell you to keep those. Then you have a free ebay item.

I think you got the right one I asked that once and the dealers said that's the way they come. when it is put in it apparently gives you the 2" lift some how.

Check this thread out. There's a picture of him measuring a 2" lift spacer.

sounds about right, i copied and made a 2.5 and honestly it was too much, should have went with about 2", in that post, it states it actually lifted it 3 in. the suspension has an angle of attack, therefore has a ratio not 1:1 with the height gain, plus it is inboard of the wheel. so less than 2" will yield 2" at the wheel
