I have the same thing. It seems like it only happens at freeway speeds. I decided to replace the weatherstripping and I guess I just haven't gotten around to it.

You guys are on the right track. Most guys will have problems with the upper door seals where the corner of the door my the mirror makes contact with the lower end of the seal and eventually the rubbing causes a tear in the seal. There is a TSB on this.

I had the same problem on my 2007 ram. If you look at the front of your pickup, the drivers side doors seems to be just a touch higher than the passenger side door, and in a crosswind the air noise gets very bad. What I had to do to fix it is adjust the hinges of the door that are attached to the frame. I didn't mess with the bottom one, just the top, there is a washer that is epoxied to the frame that must be broken loose then the door hinge can be moved in, you dont need much, 1/16" or 1/8" is plenty. Then you need to adjust your catch on the rear hinge so everything is nice and tight and shuts without a slam. I tried all the other fixes that these guys are talking about, some of them helped in normal conditions but you don't really know until you get a crosswind that is coming from the passenger side and catching the top of your door. What this does is tip the top of the door in just a tough, lowering the edge that catches wind and tightens the top seal of the door. Not an easy fix but it will work with a little adjusting.
