Thanks. It has been a journey, hopefully I can get some finished pics up soon. We are going to get shifting working 100% first.

Any updates/progress report on this project? I'm considering doing something similar on an 04 2500 4x4 Quad Cab, which currently has a Hemi.

Jeesh, cant believe I missed this thread. Way badass! Congrats on all the progress... quite a project you have gotten yourselves into.

Not sure if you are going to reveal any of the "secrets" of getting all this to work (you haven't really explained some portions of it yet, that I remember reading anyway), but I bet there is a bunch of guys out there looking for input/answers just as you have been and are searching on threads just like this one. Maybe some insight for the fellas?

If you keep at it at the same pace you have been going, it doesn't seem like it will be much longer till we are seeing pics of it up and down the track/road. Cant wait! Good luck guys!

Oh, and when you say 2500 springs, are you talking about springs from a 2wd?

Wow, I have left you folks in the dark. The truck is finished, he just drove it 300 miles one way for the Buckeye blast in Ohio. Everything is working great, including the cruise control. The transmission woes had to be cured with a standalone controller. The secrets of the dash working have to remain that, but I will say the JTEC systems have to have a cam signal to start it all.
As for the work of swapping into a Hemi truck, that is a NGC system and is far more complex. Anything can be figured out, but I am not sure after seeing the differences if I would want to start that swap.
Yes, we used 2wd 2500 springs.

My camera is not cooperating, so I will steal a photo from my buddies account that he snapped during the Buckeye Blast.

Trying to make these show without a link. Oh well. Not the best of a side shot but this is all I have.
