Default Leveling kit and tire size

I have an 05 cummins with a 3" hbs leveling kit? I have been running 35x12.50r20 nitto mud grapplers with no rubbing problems and want to go back to stock rims and go with a 37x13.50r17 nitto mud grapplers. Does anyone have any pics or has anyone seen this setup before, and do you know if there was complications? Thx

That's gonna be your problem with that size. For a 13" wide tire you should have ATLEAST a 9" wide rim, preferably something around 10" wide would be better.

I think the stock wheels 8.5 but not positive, I've heard you can fit a 37 with rubbing on the track bars, but not worried much about that. Have y'all seen anyone running a mud tire that big on 3" level?

I'm not sure about clearance but i'm positive that you won't be able to drive a tire that wide on those rims, you'll loose the bead very quickly

it is not 35 or 37 that is the problem!!!! those are the height of the tire!!!!

the problem is going from 12.50 to 13.50!!! your rim is not WIDE enough to keep a 13.50" WIDE tire set on the rim!

Go with a 37x12.50x17 and you would be ok, IF there is enough clearance in the fender!

No offense to anyone, to me, that's just common sense. I used to have a Ranger with a 4" suspension lift and a 3" body lift running 35/12.5/15's. I learned a lot before moving up to the big boys with the ram.
