how do you plan on installing these plates to the truck?

 

With a drill.

 

anybody who is getting a set, will get them with 3M tape affixed to them, unless you want to drill, then I will punch holes at each end and include screws. you'll just need to hold them in place and drill a hole in the sill thru the holes in the plates.

Lemme know if you want the holes. I kinda like the screw setup myself, but for those who don't want to drill, I've been riding around with mine for almost 3 weeks now only with the 3M tape and they ain't budging.

No need OE, I know about yours already...

 

What size whole are you punching? Just wondering. I will wait till I get them to get screw. But I am just a curious bee.

 

Too bad this punch machine doesn't let you just type into it. I keep wanting a set with my truck name/font on them.

CUT OFF FOR ANYONE STILL WANTING A SET IS WED. EVENING! I've sold all the black I can get out of a sheet, but can still do polished diamond plate or smooth polished (like the ones on my truck).

Ok, for all you guys who wanted sill plates. I ran into a problem. Bought the diamond plate and went to go make them friday and the power company cut off power at my buddy's shop. Seems when you don't pay for power for 2 months, they ain't happy about it!

I have been told power will be back on this week as the guy sold a big LED sign he is trying to get out before the bank takes his business on him (yeah I know, I bet he ain't told his customer who is buying a $10k sign he's fixin to go under). So if power gets cut on this week I will get them done, if not, I guess y'all are getting a refund by the weekend. I tried to get the place I bought the diamond plate to cut/bend them, but they want more than I was selling them for.

In the meantime, I mounted one of the front plates on the truck today...
