To Boost... or to Double Boost!
As cool as twins are(both hot women and turbos), I think its a waste of money. If I were you, I would keep part of the exhaust. If you have headers, and a high flow cat, keep them. They will help the turbo spool quicker. I would sell off part of your exhaust to try to fund the STS kit. If you wanted, you could even have a custom dual exit tailpipe built to come off the turbo.
If you're only going to push 7-8psi, there is no need for two turbos. The kit comes with a Garrett 60-1, and if you'd like to, you can upgrade to a Garrett GT-67 for a little more cash. Also, the single turbo kit comes with a water to air intercooler and pump, so if you do duals, then you will need to get either two h20 to airs, or a custom dual inlet single outlet air to air.
Overall, I think a single turbo system would work great for you. Being that you haven't dove into the internals of your engine, the kit will work great. You can push upwards of 20psi on the supplied turbo, which is much more than a stock internals engine can take. Piecing a kit together, with twice as much charge piping, another turbo, custom intercooler, etc, is going to run alot more money for not much reward.
If you still do want to move forward with a custom twin turbo kit, I can help you decide on turbo size, what parts you will and won't need, etc.
If you have anymore questions, feel free to let me know. Or when you decide to move ahead, contact me, and I'll hook you up. I'm an authorized STS distributor and will be putting a kit on my Ram in the next two months.

Badass Ram in this vid. Im a diehard ford fan performance-wise, but the ol' lightning got put in its place in this one, and got blown-up in the process
The 5.7 couldnt outrun the SRT, but still one badass truck. A little motivation for the OP
