On your truck black would like awsome! I almost got the same truck as you except it was a quad cab... bought my 06 instead though. I love that truck in silver!

Thats what I plain to do. No chrome and black srt rims

 

"Black Chrome" SRT Rims! You need to get the silver OEM ones and have them coated but it looks sweet! Check out www.permastar.com and go to the galleries. I have a friend that does it through his shop. The bad part is I think it costs $700-$800 to have it done but it is totally worth it.

 

I'll have to look into that. I was gonna go black rockstar with silver star in them but they dont really look right on my truck

 

well so far its 9 votes for BLACK to 8 votes for CHROME. Im kinda leaning towards black myself but i would HATE to start goin one way with it and then wanna do the opposite.

 

haha! yeah black! im gonna black out my truck when i get back from iraq. black wheels, stripes, head & tails... course im gonna shave all the handles and the antenna so that really wont matter

 

BLACK!!! There is a reason that everyone is liking black now instead of chrome. Who cares if everyone is doing it? It looks better.

Question though, if i already have chrome nerf bars is there any way i can paint them black(and have it look nice of course) or will i just have to buyblack ones??

 

You can paint them. Mine started out as chrome and look at them now.
