cannt believe i read this whole thread through.

first i would like to say i believe you. my buddy has a 09 quad 4x4 hemi and we have run them a few times and i always win. his is totally stock.

second i just want to say you can add a few different cams with the 1.7 rockers. go to the krc website and look on bionicle. there is a couple threads on it. i am in the process of deciding which way i want to go with a new cam. mild or wild. cannt remember which ones work with the 1.7's though.

 

for our sake, go wild. and then make vids of burning rubber;-)

 

ok I made a video of my own this morning, and this is my 5.9 with SC perf tune 93 octane gas high flow exahust CAI bosch plugs and wires cap and rotor. 35x12.50 tires 3:92 gears. Ryde like I said my truck is very slow compared to yours.

 

I think the tire roar speaks for it self that it is my truck LOL so I did not do a walk around

 

that looks similar to how quick my truck would be. ill have to make a video sometime just to see

 

I posted this a few months ago, but heres a comparison I guess. All I have is a chitpipe K&N for motor mods.

 

probably just go mild. i am really not looking for a race truck, i just want something that can hold its own.i feel i need about 50 more hp. hughes airgap,mild cam,and asp crank pulley should get me where i want to be..... but, lol.

 

i donnt think it is really that slow. probably how mine was before i started doing the upgrades.

 

just got the underdrive crank pulley on the way 5 minutes ago. i hope everything thing still charges good. i have the e-fan setup, so it kinda worries me a little. if it donnt work i will just have to take it back off.gott get the right belt too, gates k060942
