Hey, I've had my ram for a few months now. It's been doing this ever since i've bought it. It is my first ram. It's just now starting to really bug me, but I've noticed that the gas pedal is insanely sensitive. While in park there is no variable between idle and 1,500 rpm. It's either 600 @ idle or 1,500. Is this normal for all hemi's? It's really annoying while your driving and have to go basically idle around corners or it'll start to spin

I know mine is sensitive but I like it. It will jump but I assume thats partly because of the mods I have. Do you have any tuner on yours?

My 5.9 is the exact same way at idle while in park if I touch the pedal just enough to barely feel it move the rpms jump to about 16-1700. At first I didn't like it but now I just ignore it cuz I don't have the problem when driving, then again I average about 2500 to 3k rpm takin turns ne way. I'm a wanna be road racer lol.

I guess it's normal then... I won't worry about it. It's really annoying when you're trying to round a corner in snow and it spins out every time.

Well in snow yea it poses a problem, if I give it anymore than 11-1200 rpm I'm not gonna be able to stop her from goin around. On ice even though you let off your back wheels still have momentum and will keep spinning, ya gotta remember that.

Go to the FAQ section and look up the TPS calibration thread. Try that. Mine is only that way because I advanced the throttle response with my Diablosport Predator, but I can still take off without spinning at easy throttle. The anti-spin axle helps too
