Default Re-Wired the Lights

Last weekend I added a second pair of Hellas behind the grill. I went ahead and did two new heavy duty relays, as well as 14 gauge wire for the whole setup. I also added a second switch so each pair could operate independently.

The first switch I had was mounted by itself. When I added the second switch, I turned them both sideways. I had to trim a little bit out for them to fit.

The new relays.....

Yep, I am not quite done strapping up the wiring yet. They sit at the top and the very back of the engine compartment. They should be good. I need to get some electrician's tape.

This is where I bought the switches. They have several different ones to choose from. You know, I was thinking.......I have an extra set of lights. I may mount them on the bumper on each side of the hitch. They sell a switch that says "backup lights".

I also want to add two more Hellas and upgrade my wires and relay. What size relays did you use to handle this? Also I wanna put in 100 watt bulbs so would that size wire and relay be safe to handle the more power?

And how do you upgrade the wires that have the in line fuse in them? I wouldn't know how to handle that one.

I did 40 amp relays. I also bought heavy duty in line fuse holders. See the pic......
I used a 20 amp fuse for each.
