I have the exact same issue with my passenger door. It doesn't make any noise unless someone is sitting there and touching it. As long as I'm the only passenger in the truck, it doesn't make any noise.

I did remove that door panel once, so I'm assuming I must not have put it back together 100% correctly.

I just haven't taken the time to pull it apart again.

I removed my door panels, made notes on where I had metal vs nothing and used black shelf tapping screws. Now my door panel is screwed tightly to the door and is alot better now. This might not be a good idea for everyone, but it worked for me.

My door panels are covered with Dynamat on the inside. No vibrating from the bass and zero noise issue's as far as creaking but my truck is still fairly new.

My truck does the exact same thing! The only thing that squeaks in the whole truck is the drivers door panel. Also the door lock rattles too. Really annoying. Any body got any ideas!?
