I bought a Dodge Ram 1500 v6 in 2007. It was my first ever vehicle and paid a low $4,500. It came bone stock - tape player, steel wheels, black plastic grill and bumper.

Since then, I've made plenty of changes - touchscreen dvd/cd player, bed cover, new wheels and tires, new grill, headlights and foglights. I'm going to add pictures soon to the sticky thread.

I get compliments all of the time on it's look. The wheels are black and brushed chrome and even though I hate the black bumpers, it matches well with the wheels and tint so it is all tied in together.

Obviously, the thing I hate most is the power and ability. There are monthly car shows around here that draw big crowds and a lot of nice cars and trucks that drive a "strip" and show off. The V6 Power just isn't doing it for me.

With that said, I love my truck and couldn't ever see myself parting with it. Perhaps it will be mine until I have children and it will be what they drive around the farm...

Welcome, always glad to have another v6er around. So what year is your truck? I'm assuming you have a 6speed manual. Regular or QC? Would love to see some pics. As for power alot of guys on here can give you some good ideas on how to get that little motor to breathe.

Sorry. I bought it used. It is an 03 Single Cab, manual. Manual everything, to be exact.

It's red. So I assume I'm joining a red truck group. I will get pictures up soon. Some before and afters might be good. It's been snowing here for weeks so it's been a nasty truck and too cold and nasty to take pictures. I sprayed her off today so I should have pictures soon.
