Rear Inner Fender lining
Alrighty, so heres the story, my truck was a rebuilt truck by a local rebuilder and today at work another 08 Ram Big Horn almost identical to mine (except it was 2WD, mine is 4WD) parked next to me, and i noticed that it had a lining in the rear fender, whereas mine doesn't, probably just something the rebuilder forgot. I'm sure it doesn't make a technical or mechanical difference, but it made a lot of difference in the way it looked. I did some googling and all i found were up to 02, does anyone know where i can get this inner lining? It looks like it'd be an easy DIY install. Thanks!
Wheel well liners were an aftermarket part. They don't come on the trucks

Hello,
I had never heard of changing fender liners or even given much thought to them, but this guy has changed his liners from stock to long.

He may still have his originals or perhaps point you in the direction of his suppler.
OBTW, his truck is absolutely amazing!
Good luck..

Huh, i did not know that it was aftermarket, thanks for letting me know. I may look into it. They're pretty damn expensive though, the front linings are pretty cheap, but then again they're probably just a thin flexible plastic that came on the truck, this looks like hard rigid plastic.

good find...
I found em for around $80, i'm thinking it would be pretty beneficial though given the proximity of the rear wheels to the gas tank and wiring since i drive in a lot of wet situations and also the winters in Oklahoma and Kansas can make for some nasty salty roads. I'm looking at doing some new exhaust this summer so i may throw those in as well.
Very good appearance mod. I am in desperate need for some myself. They would really help with the cleanup after a little playin too....

Yeah, they have been on my list ever since I did my BL. I think they look good. My dads CHEVY came with them. I think its retarded Dodge didnt do the same and would rather save a few bux by not putting them there but would rather let sand/dirt/mud and salt get thrown everywhere.
I picked mine up at the dealer for $90, they're easy to put on and they make washing the truck easier since they help keep mud and dirt in the wheel well instead of all over the underside of the bed. Also when I wash the truck I spray tire foam on them too.
