Went ahead and tinted my tails today lmk what you guys think.

How many coats did you put on, and did you tape off the reverse lights?

4 coats of vht, and yes i taped off the reverse lights.

You must of sprayed thin coats, it only looks like one or two. Is there a paint line that you can feel where you taped off? I'm about to do mine here after a bit so sorry for the questions.

Ha ya, some pretty thin coats... and yes, there is a small paint line, but definetly not noticable unless you are very close and looking for it.

Appreciate it man. I was actually going to get some brighter bulbs pretty soon, but it's not too bad. That's why I didnt want to go too dark.

Looks nice man, I just didnt want it to be as dark as everyone tints theirs.

What kinda bulbs you gettin to make em brighter? I have heard of people around town gettin ticketed for tinted tails so I want to make sure mine still have good output.
