Default truck is vibrating,why?

first off i havent done anything to my truck in the last month other than using the seafoam in the gas tank like 5 days ago. now,i have noticed in the past 2 days that my truck vibrates/shakes while im pressing the gas slowly or riding around at about 1500 rpm. if i step on the gas hard it wont do it or if im slowing down it also wont do it, it only does this shaking when im going slow or driving at 1500-2000 rpm. as soon as i let off the gas it stops. if you were in the passenger seat and i didnt say anything then u wouldnt notice it. this vibrating or shaking is very faint and its something that isnt a big issue but i know it never did that before. could it be from using the seafoam? i added half the bottle to about 10 gallons of gas, then 3 days later i added 12 more gallons of gas. jus to try to clear up what i mean by shaking - when pushing the gas slowly my leg pulses/shakes/vibrates very lightly but its the same feeling as if u drank an energy drink and it made u hyper and u couldnt stop shaking, lol anybody got any ideas??

Check out your coils/plugs...At low RPM you may be getting a misfire from insufficient spark...just an idea

I found the problem! At first glance i didnt see anything wrong with my tires then after driving it on the highway (on my way to get my exhaust put on) i found that the problem got worse. Once i got to the exhaust shop i took another look and found that the rear passenger tire had a huge egg on it (broken belt) and the tire was all deformed. I was happy to c that this was all it was and nothing to do with the engine. Best part was that i had a new tire at home and it only cost me $10 to fix. Im now saving up for the new cooper zeon ltz tires. Should i stay with the stock size (275/60/20 )or get a diff size?

Do u add the seafoam to ur oil? I was told not to add it to the oil or to add it to the oil within 100 miles before an oil change

i use seafoam every other oil change. the way i do it is this: 10-20 miles before oil change i put half a bottle in the oil (this will let it clean the crank case up a bit), then i put half a bottle in the gas tank with like 1/8th a tank of gas in it. then i suck up another half bottle through the vacuum line from the brake booster. shut the truck off and wait for half an hour or so. (while the truck is off i change the oil) then start it back up and idle high till the tailpipe quits spewing smoke.
