HA HA HA!! I think it is the orange..... no no wait yellow...... no no I think it is the one that WONT blow fuses, so the opposite of what you have!

good call! I figured it was on high, it took me 3 fuses to figure out I did not need a high speed fan!!!

did my efan this weekend.... i know some people have issues getting fan off... i rented this tool from auto zone and it worked wonderfully with a big monkey wrench, got it off first try.. its an AC clutch holder.

+1, Because I haven't installed a 180* yet ~_~. And what would happen if you did set it lower than your stock t-stat, would it cause problems with it not engaging and opening ? Kid here still learning the ropes don't hang me

Also if Teach is keeping an eye on this thread. Apparently their controllers aren't the same as the one you got I'm assuming. And was wondering how yours is holding up with the supplied 30A fuse. Because if I need a larger one I'd rather get it now before I do the install this weekend hopefully.

my temp on my controller is set to about 200. I adjusted my temp all the way to the max and started the truck. Then used a temp laser gun to check the temp on the upper rad hose and when it got to 200 I lowered the adjustable switch on the controller until the fan came on. So mine is set somewhere around 200.

I have mine about the same I was shooting for 190 ish, I dont have a temp gun, going by dash guage. But with factory t-stat I would set the temp about 200-210. just me
