Yeah korby, you are a red headed step-child, 2nd Gen engine and 3rd Gen body style. I don't envy you in searching for mods...

Haven't heard too much input on OBX headers. Are they any good? Is this a good buy? Thanks!
OBX has always been a "ricer" and euro 4 cyl car header company, I wasn't even aware they made for our trucks. Good name amongst the Honda and 'yota car owners though. I'd put me a good ceramic coat on them though...

Yeah, other than body mods and basic engine mods the 2002 5.9 really is a pain in the a$$ to find stuff for, although I think I was reading and the same headers that fit the 4.7 fit the 5.9 in 2002... could be wrong though, but I remember finding headers that claimed they fit both.

I've been looking and i've found them for 2nd gen but idk if they will fit and i don't know as much about the differences that the headers had between the two trucks..If I found a set for a second gen do you think they will work???

I'm sure that Kooks headers will build whatever you need.

No, the 2nd gen headers do not work on the 3rd gen 5.9, but the 3rd gen 4.7 and the 3rd gen 5.9 both bolt up and fit the same, look on summit, thats the way that they sell them.
