Default OK, I'm modded out!!! (chrome haters beware!)

I think I'm done with the custom "hammered-out" billet stuff for the exterior.
Unless I remake the winch cover in diamond plate.

Now, when I get back up to the farm and can get into the shop again (assuming there's power ), I'm gonna start doing interior and engine bay stuff out of billet and/or diamond plate.

Here's where I am so far:

diamond plate for sure man. The more I saw the pic of your truck and when we talked at the g2g I think the winch cover would look better with diamond plate. It would go a lot better with the add on's that you have on the bed.(toolbox, bed rails) It would look good to bring a little of the diamond to the front of the truck. Just my humble opinion.

looks good, i would have to say +1 on the diamond plate for the winch cover. things always look better when they have a little depth to them

I got some license plate blanks here that would get you your piece out, otherwise you gotta wait till I get up to the farm again. I'll send you one if you PM me your addy. You can cut what you need out of it. It's only .063", will cut fine with a skill or jig saw and a regular wood bit. Billet aluminum is soft...

That was actually the original plan, Johnny. But when I bought the sheet of diamond plate to get it (and everyone's sill plates) done, low and behold, my buddy didn't pay the electric bill at the shop and I had no power!

I'm told they sold a big sign, so there is power. Now if I can only get back up there before the bank takes the damn place!!!
