Has anyone bought from these guys recently? I bought some shocks last night and they were quick to charge me but still haven't recieved an email gonna give them a call when I get out of work but was wondering what everyones experience is with them. How long did shipping take? Did u get the right product? Etc

 

I bought my lift kit from them about 2 years ago. I called them instead of doing it online, so i knew I was getting the correct kit. It was delivered right on time. With all the parts. No problems at all.

But that was a while ago, I've heard of a few issues of people getting kits recently from them with missing parts. ??? I'd try giving them a call.

 

Funny you posted this. i order my dad a set of shocks along with a torsion key lift. I ordered it thursday evening around 6 and no problems. Got the torsion keys on wednsday the next week. We had an appointment to get the shocks and the keys and new tires on friday morning. So i called to ask about the shocks. Apparently they didnt have them at the Alcoa location and they were going to ship them from Memphis but that they were not going to ship until Friday. I told the guy my situation and he could have rather cared less. So i told him to cancel the order, he fought me about it saying there would be a restocking fee, which i laughed at him and said BS they havent even left your warehouse...so after another 10 minutes of him being a total dick he finally got a supervisor and i told him the same things and that if thats how he treated his customers then we was going to lose out on business. i will NEVER order another thing from Top Gunz Customs....they are a bunch of a$$holes and they dont answer the phone, so good luck.

 

I ordered my level kit from them and I received everything.

 

I ordered my shocks on 2/8/2010 2:07:16 PM. They sent me an email right away on the 9th stating that the item was processed and they'll send me tracking info when it leaves the warehouse. Well, UPS picked it up on the 11th and it was delivered on the 15th. The 16th however, I was emailed the tracking number for the package LOL. So their shipping is a little goofy but it only took 5 business days from the time I ordered to the time it showed up on my doorstep. Can't complain with that.

 

haha here we go. So i got the emails about my shocks from ups saying it was being processed then 15 min later another email from ups saying my order was canceled by top guns. they already charged me for it. been on hold for 30min with some crappy linkin park waiting music.

i will be posting in a day or two about them. they are crooks and i will never do buisness with them ever again. long story short, their level kit is crap.

cjs4444: let me know how the level kit works. mine sucked and its going in the trash unless someone wants it. gonna go with a ready lift.

 

I ordered off thier website before. I got just what I ordered in less than a week, couldnt be happier.
