They are manufactured by AEM for Mopar, so if the "parts guy" you know didn't sell it to you for about $150, you didn't get a deal.

AEM's are THE SAME THING, minus the MOPAR sticker and are readily available online for about $150...

Heres mine. $20 in parts from Home Depot. Got the KN filter from a buddy for free. Works great.

and, OH MY GOD!!

I bet it added 15-20 hp, dropped the rpm's to under 2K at 75 mph. I floor it at highway speeds and it absolutely flies away like a freakin' jet!!

the kit from your local Dodge dealer also comes with a 1" throttle body spacer:oh, and the list was like $430, but if you know your parts guy, or if he is open to negotiation, you can Jew 'em down to way, way under $400 bucks (way under!!)

HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED IF YOU HAVE A HEMI
Brother, I am glad you are happy with the your new mod. But you need to really research stuff before you fork over your hard earn wages. This is the first CAI I have heard of that reduces rpm at a given speed. But like it's been mentioned the CAI kind of a fills a support role for the other mods. Plus it sounds awesome. Good luck..

I have found the mopar intake for 350 on ebay for the 2006-2008 hemis but thats the cheapest I can find. i know you can get the knock off brands on ebay but if my trucks a mopar, i would rather spend the money on a good looking intake thats mopar.
